  1. We require that all orders must be paid in full payment at the time they are placed: on our website or over WhatsApp.

  2. Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for all orders.

  3. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it has been picked up or successfully delivered by our delivery personal.

  4. We are not responsible for any damages done to our products that leave our cakery when we are not the one  delivering them.

  5. Once you or the designated party has picked up an order and signed for it, it is considered "accepted".

  6. Product that is not picked up at the day and time customer arranged, will not be refunded or be put on in-store credit.

  7. If under any circumstances a situation occurs and a refund is needed. This refund will be given as a store credit (no cash/money refunds will be given)

    NOTE: If we give you a refund, you CANNOT keep the product that you have purchased. You can only get the refund if you refuse to “accept” the product. We will NOT negotiate a partial refund if you keep the cake. This is a “take it, or leave it” policy. We are not responsible for any expense you may incur for replacing our product.

  8. Changes and cancellations are accepted within 7 days notice prior to order due date.  Cancellations will automatically be turned into store credit (valid for 365 days). Changes must be given within the 7 days period otherwise it will be not entertained.

  9. Every order is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of us. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and reference ; however, we make no replicas of other cake decorators work.

  10. Every Designer Tart Box of our has ONE wish cookie included, if a situation occurs whereby customers has failed to provide the wish at checkout, we will leave the wish cookie without a message but with decorative piping on top.

  11. Allergen Disclaimer. We are not a nut free or dairy free cakery.

  12. Deliveries are made by 3rd party delivery service. To ensure smooth delivery please read our delivery Information.

  13. NOTE: You can opt for self pick up and arrange the delivery using a 3rd party delivery service. Please choose the mode of transportation by CAR. All our patisseries and cakes are fragile.  Please note, we are NOT responsible for any situation that may occur during transport.

  14. If an error occurs whereby price stated on our website is priced wrongly. We have the right to notify and cancel the order. The only case whereby a cash refund will be given 

  15. Delivery delay or postponement of order may occur  if weather or natural disasters occur. 

  16. All orders are subject to these policies listed above.
